Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the santamore site and accounts on it. By using the site you accept them. Donations and refunds are covered by the Donation policy, event participation by the Event terms, and data by the Privacy policy — these documents complement each other.

What the site is for
Through the site we take donations, run registrations for our events, let participants open personal fundraising pages, and publish every payment in and out in a public ledger. You can browse without an account; only fundraisers, volunteers and administrators need one.
Accounts and signing in
Sign-in works via a one-time link we send to your email (magic link) — there are no passwords. That means your account is exactly as secure as your email: protect access to your inbox and do not forward sign-in links. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter. You can close your account at any time by writing to [[PLACEHOLDER: contact email]].
Fundraiser pages and content you publish
When you open a fundraiser page, you are responsible for its content — the story, photo and target. The rules are simple:
- write truthfully — do not promise what the campaign does not cover;
- publish only photos you have the rights to, with the consent of the people shown;
- no offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content;
- money raised through the site flows only through our accounts and the public ledger — a fundraiser page must not redirect payments elsewhere.
Moderation
We review fundraiser pages and donor messages. We reserve the right to edit, hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and to suspend an account that breaks them seriously or repeatedly. Wherever possible we will contact you first and explain what the problem is.
Unacceptable use
The following is prohibited:
- impersonation — of yourself, another person, or a connection to the organisation;
- any attempt at fraud, including card abuse and fake donations;
- disrupting the site, circumventing its protections, or automated bulk scraping of content;
- harassing other users — the Code of conduct applies here too;
- using the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, texts and photos on the site belong to us or to people who granted us the right to use them. You may share them with attribution, but not use them commercially without our written permission. Content you publish remains yours; by publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the site and in our campaign-related posts.
Liability
We work to keep the site reliable and its data accurate, but we provide it as is: we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro, and the courts of Montenegro have jurisdiction over disputes — without affecting rights that mandatory consumer rules of your own country give you. We may change these terms; a new version applies from its publication on this page, and we notify registered users of substantial changes by email.
